How Much Should You Pay for an Authentic Griswold Pup?

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I paid $275 for a beautiful black iron satin-smooth Griswold pup with a 30 on the back of its head. That was in 2014 or 2015. It looks like I paid more than the going price of today. It’s a beauty, though, and I love it regardless. I’d be delighted to show you a photo, but it is packed away somewhere and I haven’t found it since my move over a year ago.

Joe Zawadowski, who is an ardent student of the Griswold pups, has been keeping track of what authentic Griswold pups have been selling for on eBay since 2013.

Courtesy of Joe, here’s what authentic Griswold pups have been selling for since 2013. Current as of October 31, 2018.
